Never answer these things, ladies and gents. Your boss uses info asymmetry against you. Respond in kind.

I certainly wouldn't answer any sort of medical survey, including mental health, that an employer asks for. That's incredibly sensitive information and is none of their business.

Surely this is illegal. In any country with labor protection laws the company would be looking at a hundred employment lawsuits.

Companies really looking for any reason to justify layoffs.

People are still anywhere near honest with these things?

Feeling stressed at work? How about you don't work anymore! Now you can be stressed at home, and it isn't HR's problem.
