Ask HN: Are Citi notifications slow for you?

I have transaction notifications / alerts set up for my Citi credit card account. Over the last month, it seems like these notifications have been getting slower and slower to arrive. It used to be that I could tap my card and have a notification of a transaction on my watch within a second or two. Now I am sometimes not getting notifications until hours later. I figure it is some queue backed up somewhere, some service that needs scaled up a tiny bit, but trying to notify anyone at Citi who understands is near impossible. Maybe someone who works at Citi will see this post and check in on their notification queues.

Anyone else noticing this problem?
