Ask HN: Has ChatGPT been unstable for you today?

Hello all, curious if others have experienced ChatGPT as being unstable today. I think they are rolling out their new models and it feels like a bit of turbulence as the release goes out?

The UI has been halting, history is not refreshing, everything is just a little...off. But it still mostly works!
