Just a few days after PG's post, I've started seeing TikToks, LinkedIn posts, Instagram reels, and even mention on landing pages about it. Has anyone else noticed this trend too?

Hmm. This isn't really new and seems like conventional wisdom already?
I see companies like comma.ai by George Hotz already doing this and is profitable.
Founders that raise lots of capital and told to scale their workforce to keep growing are more prone to the trap of this 'MBA style' mode by their investors.
Then these MBA types take over and run the company down.
