Those stock options aren't worth the time it would take to write the document. There will be nothing left in the pool once all those take over investors get their cut.

I have nothing against innovating in employment practices, but incentive stock options are usually used to create team cohesion. This idea seems half-baked.

Imagine doing HR's job writing a one-page summary of your achievements; I sure hope HR isn't getting any stock option.
