Ask HN: LLM Generated Pull Requests?

With github copilot being out for over two years now, I would have expected more development in this area. Github launched a few experiments, but it still isn't possible to have a pull request generated by copilot. Are there other services that can generate pull requests? An example usecase I had today: Replace Moment.js with day.js. That seems like the kind of task modern LLM's should be able to handle..
