Open Source AI Policy for Startups?

I'm looking for open sourced policies for tech startups around AI systems. What are companies allowing and not allowing. How do they roll out new AI systems? How do they think about and control things like IP and Data Governance. Any docs out there that are being worked on in public? I am writing my own with my dev teams right now, but the whole company also wants AI systems. I've seen inside dozens of companies at a leadership level over the last few years and everyone is facing the same problemss, addressing the same concerns, and developing the same docs. Seems like a collab appropach will be better.
