Ask HN: Is it only me or Gemini AI started responding quickly?

I have been noticing this since yesterday that the time it took for Gemini to start streaming response have drastically reduced, which is good.

I don’t see a “Gemini was updated. Learn more” banner. Just curious if Google has upgraded Gemini under-the-hood.

They recently announced Gemini Flash, not sure when this is rolling out to their chat interface

Maybe...People ask questions. Cache answer. Someone asks same question. Retrieve cached answer.
