I would of rather the performance refresh was about extending the range another 100 miles and making changes that would make the vehicle more efficient and reliable. The vehicle already has enough performance for 99.999% of Americans.
It's why the Chinese will take over the EV market, they will build cars we can afford with the features we need. A common sense approach to the market that seems to elude most other vehicle manufacturers.
