Phind co-founder here. Due to abuse from certain countries, we are imposing stricter limits on anonymous usage on a country-specific basis. Please feel free to reach out to justinw(at)phind(dot)com if you have any more questions about this.
Works fine for me without a login.
Thanks for the hint. I just tried again after reading your comment. And it turns out it is due to high traffic. I totally missed the warning message at the bottom. It says:
"Currently at peak capacity. Sign in for priority."
