Ask HN: What is your favourite queuing service?

Hi HN! I'm just playing around with some stuff that needs the be processed asynchronously. Looking for some solutions, I am uncertain whether i should develop my own solution or use beanstalkd.

The decision would be easier to make if beanstalkd had support for any kind of persistence.

Anyways, what's your fav solution?
