AWS has been blocked for a while. VPN providers are usually, but not always, blocked.

Oddly, Firefox sometimes evades the blockage, unlike chrome. Not sure why.

I can verify this, it's getting blocked for me when browsing using my self-hosted VPN.

I've been getting blocked using a work VPN also accusing me of scraping them.

Yes I can verify this. Rolled my own VPN not from a scareware VPN provider.

Yes I'm blocked using Wireguard running on Amazon

Not for me, and I'm using a very mainstream VPN.

This was the case for me yesterday as well, but as of an hour ago, using Mullvad (by way of Mozilla VPN), I am now blocked.

Are you logged in? I’m not logged in

I've tried it both ways - logged in to reddit, and not logged in.

Either way, I can access old.reddit.com while VPN'd.

Independent of your question, I've recently discovered that DNS settings (and VPN) can limit access to websites in very targeted and surprising ways. Perhaps try changing your DNS?

Goodbye Reddit then.

I'm logged in to tailscale and can hit it just fine?

Are you using an exit node?
