My first thought was that the Internet itself enables child exploitation, yet we press ahead.
On further reading though, the situation is far worse than the headline presents. I'm not sure there's precedent for this, but I feel like any company offering paid subscriptions to minors' accounts should be shut down immediately, pending investigation. These sick greedy monsters knew what they were doing. Put them in jail.
