Job with decent WLB? Bay Area

I’m mid career, starting to hit a senior level. Current org has too much politics. I only code for fun but am an SME in deep learning. Manage a team of 6. Suggestions for doing a transition? I’m starting to enter burn out territory. I’m particularly passionate about LLM tech since last year. Advice?
