Ask HN: Please help locate article on different browser behavior on instance age

There was an article about a browser behavior differently if it was open for 4 hours (I think?) I cannot locate if it was a blog or CCC and I've been searching for a bit, can someone help find and locate? I only recall the description but just thought I wanted to get to it
