Service to make tools for GPT builders

Here's an idea - make a business making endpoints for non coders that want to make tools for their GPTs? GPT's are really cool, but unless you can code and make an API, you can't really give them custom tools. If we have an online form that people submit their request into, we make the tool and host it for them and then they can expland their GPT way further than before
