Is there a name for the law in software engineering where the larger the pull request is, the fewer bugs that are found?

Submit a 10 line PR -> ten bugs.

Submit a 1000 line PR -> zero bugs and a lgtm!

how about gish gallop PR? “Gish gallop” refers to the act of rapidly spewing many arguments so as to overwhelm the opponent, who cannot possibly respond to all of them
