There's something comical about rust-y things using the rust concept in naming their products.

Rust tends to imply "we made it better by using rust instead of X" whereas it also describes something that has corroded.

This is further exacerbated by the fact that old dilapidated things accumulate rust, so the further from new something is, the more rusty it is.

Well if it's anything like ruff for python, color me intrigued!
