Someone hacked my mother's FB account and change the email address. Now it's impossible to get it back, and support won't help since the email is changed. Anyone can help?

FB employees used to be able to help with these types of requests, but unfortunately some time ago they changed their policy and an employee may only help their relatives or close friends, and must personally vouch on their behalf (this was true a couple of years back, not sure if anything changed). Basically, that loophole is closed for all intents and purposes :(
Good luck with that mate. They make it hard to legit users, yet, scammers keep popping around without issues.
try forgot email id and start answering security questions.
