Ask HN: Is 2FA suddenly not working for tons of apps?

I use bitwarden for my 2factor. As of tonight, if I try to log into anything the 2fa code gets rejected. One was saying error 400, the other doesn't give an error.

I can log in if I use a recovery code, but even if I re-set up 2fa and get new codes, those new ones don't work! I have to use recovery code again.

the initial "test" code when you set up the 2fa does work though.

Is this a bitwarden issue? Is it something else?
