Ask HN: Best ways to access private equity?
I’m looking to start making investments in private equity, and am curious to hear what the consensus is on the best ways to access opportunities. E.g angel list, equity zen, etc. It’s unclear to me if these platforms are even worth using, so I’m curious what everyone else is doing! Thanks.

They are all legit, but serve different purposes (early vs late stage). I would recommend starting from syndicates or investing with friends, so you have someone to guide you in the first steps.
