OS X Sonoma terms and conditions

Since updating to Sonoma, I think I agreed to the new iCloud terms and conditions like 20 times, notification keeps on popping out, and when you click the "x" you're nevertheless taken to the screen for accepting. Is anyone else experiencing that?
