Poll: Native English speakers, how many additional languages do you speak?

Learning another language is probably the most challenging thing I've done, I simply cannot understand what it would be like to be able to speak in another language without translating in my head first!

Some say it's harder for native English speakers to pick up an extra language, even in the target country, as there's likely to always be an English speaker around to help us out if we are struggling.
