Hello HN, I’m in the process of building my desk for work from home. I’d like to hear/see any recommendations on your dream desk setup. Where did you buy your desk? How about cable management? Lights, pads, chargers, keyboard, etc…

I have one power cable to the monitor and one for the phone charger and a lightning cable from the monitor for charging the keyboard, so I don't have enough cables to "manage". I think I used to plug the phone charger into the monitor but I don't remember why I stopped.

Maybe not really a rec you're looking for, but I had this desk until I had to move a couple months ago, and it was definitely the best desk I have ever owned: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/utespelare-gaming-desk-light-gr...

How about cable management?

Not an issue for me, apart from tangling, which can get annoying. Not sharing my setup on Reddit or 'rate my setup' forums because my cables are always messy and I'm not changing my ways.
