RIP. Unfortunately this will mean more layoffs and paring things down to just ride out into the sunset as a cash cow for a decade. I'm preemptively sad for the further cuts they'll be making to their already diminished role in OpenTelemetry, as I'm sure a PE firm has no interest in continuing the advancement of open standards.
