Ask HN: What service do you use to store your medical record?

I would like to have all my healthcare data in one place so that when something comes up I can show the doctor my past diagnosis on the fly. I also lived in several countries (US, main land EU and UK) in the past which means my medical records are all over the place. I googled a bit but couldn't find a good solution. I can't be the only one with that problem.
