During one two-week period last month, three children under the age of 4 overdosed in Portland after ingesting fentanyl

What the fuck?

Some children died in other parts of the world by ingesting laundry detergents or falling in top loading wash machines.

My parents told me from an early age not to drink liquids which look like milk because i could die.

Decriminalization is only half the solution. The other half is a legal regulated supply.
