How many times has the NSA hacked foreign nations' governments and 'assets', and all of those were left out? But we get all over CNN, FauxNews, and NPR the "evil Chinese hackers" crap.
If it is propaganda, it's having the opposite effect on me, because all these hacking stories just make me think that the US doesn't take cybersecurity seriously enough.

If they took infosec seriously, they wouldn't continue using Microsoft products for national security sensitive applications.
