There is no audio on that one, but it seems to show at least some of the same questions I got.

Indeed calls them 'Work Style' tests I think, and they seem to be reserved for low-age/hourly positions like retail, etc.

I'm curious what the theory is behind them. Like, if you choose answer mix 'x', then maybe it indicates that you have a more passive personality, thus you will be more likely to stay in the position longer?

Or maybe they're just collecting any data they can and trying to find patterns in it later?
