Say you have built a product or about to build a product. And you have identified some prospective customers. Now you want to connect with them, via email, phone or in-person. So what is the base template you use to communicate via various channels like email, phone etc. Of course you will customise it for each prospect, but you will be starting from some base template that will be customised for each.
