ICANN is at best an embarrassment of an organization. At worst, completely captured by corporate interests. Maybe both. For a multi-stake holder organization, they seem pretty intent on disregarding all opinions that ever get submitted to them. They ignored thousands of opinions on .ORG bullshit (99% opposing it). Their 'summary' of comments are a mockery of analysis, if not an outright lie.
