I could be incorrect but I don't think CF has any control over this. Archive.is mess with queries coming from CF likely a split-view zone file based on CIDR blocks. I think the best approach would be to reach out to archive.is or to use a work around. webmaster@archive.is is the only contact I see on their page

I thought this was a forever problem because archive wants some feature in dns requests that cloudflare refuses to provide.
