Ask HN: What good 3D cameras and postprocessing workflows are you using?

is there anything phone sized with good quality 12MP+ cameras that will not look lo-fi with tech that will come e.g. with the Apple headset? Would be cool to have already some videos and pics from the time now by the time these VR headsets are ubiquitous.
