The buried lede is how launch consistency drove Starlink's massive success.

Does anyone know how many Falcon 9s were required to make it to 200 flights? I assume they didn't actually make 200 rockets.

Not sure, but the Wikipedia page lists a total of 30 B5-block boosters, of which (I think) 23 have at least one launch. Many have over 10 launches.

That's not a full accounting, but the number is clearly well under 200.
