Would you have traded the career growth and financial success for more time with your parents (or, if you were the workaholic, your kids)?

It’s common to hear from older folks who regret working too much. Does anyone feel like they didn’t work hard enough? Like they didn’t work enough hours? Or that they wish their parents had worked harder/more?
