Tesla might not be the most attractive employer, I don't know about the benefits and they really might not fit the culture.

But apart from that there is a worker shortage almost everywhere. And in some areas it already is a critical situation. Care and nurseries for example.

Don't know what Tesla is looking for here. Engineers or skilled workers? Probably the latter. There is a shortage here too. Kind of surprising since we usually heard that manual laborers will be out of job with automation. How the tables have turned (if they don't need to be moved by trained personnel).

This is a conundrum how to solve this. Tesla or other manufacturers probably cannot pay that much more because the products must be competitive on an international market. On the other hand the market should dictate that pay has to rise. We feel that with inflation too.
