Ask HN: What features should “the perfect personal CRM” have?

I have tried a bunch of things, including taking my own notes, OSS alternatives and other methods. Nothing seems to make "click". I think that maybe "personal" is too broad and this is the problem. For example: MonicaHQ seems to be aimed to people with social difficulties. So maybe let's redefine term to Indie Hackers who need move around on and off-line with focus on business.

I just use an Airtable database with a bunch of customization. It’s great.
