Of course, why am I surprised? This is executive wish fulfillment erotica.

It seems the link U MN research is about setting specific and measurable goals. Seems the thrust is about giving ownership and responsibility. 'More work' is a but simplistic.

Also, Google has been paying below average for a while, and that's even before we consider their down-leveling, which they seem to love.

Staying busy is always good. Makes the day go by faster also.
