How to handle PROD issues and DEV tasks that are overtaking my personal time?

I’m a senior engineer at a security company and on top of my development commitments, I’m constantly pulled into production issues. The issues are interesting and so is the development work, so I genuinely enjoy both. However, it has gotten so bad that I’m falling behind my sprint commitments and I am working overtime that I loose about 2-3 hours of time with my family. How should I deal with this?
