Ask HN: Are adblocker using CSP mechanics in the browser?

We are implementing CSP-Header on our website, we have setup a report endpoint to get the feedback form browsers. We do see reports on domains that are allowed, but mainly for Google Analytics and such. We are suspecting that some adblocker are using the CSP mechanics in the browser to block the tracking, but as we do have a report endpoint configured, the browser will send us a "false alert".

Does anybody know more about that than I do?
