Google's 2022 US workforce is 48.3% white [1]. The US is 57% white [2]. Why is Google setting caps on an already underrepresented group?

Since Google's goal is not to have a workforce that mirrors the population from which it is drawn, it makes sense that they are acting in a manner that would prevent it from having that workforce.

Yeah this stuff will eventually meet its legal demise.

“You have too many Asians” isn’t gonna fly.
