There are no in-your-face sponsorship plugs, extravagant vacations or excessive product hauls. Instead these videos take you through the little things in life, like making breakfast, reading or tending to a garden, elevating the mundane into something wonderful.

Not quite true, I just went through a few of these channels' videos, and I can see promoted content, which they've declared as well. For example the "아지Aji살림_Housewife Story" channel does have promoted content and is pretty obvious about it.

It's more that they've found a new 'genre' to differentiate themselves from other vloggers, and that genre is growing in popularity.
