You posted 3 links that are written such a way as to suggest that they are. And they lead to posts that says they definitely were rescinded.
In another related post that came earlier than this one, a Twitter thread very strongly suggests they did rescind the offers after saying they wouldn't, and the poster is trying to help the jilted gain referrals since many of them turned down other offers because of this.
But then you're saying "For context... they're not rescinding offers." Maybe much more context is needed. Or at least one link that supports the idea that they aren't.
