Ask HN: Problems while submitting post, is this normal?

I tried several times to submit a short post sharing the recent release of the latest version of a package. However, the submission does not seem to complete. This seems weird because I have done it before. Is this due to some recent change or setting?

I looked at ypour previous posts. Unnecessary unrequested advice about your post of the Stellarium app: Screenshots. Screenshots. Where are the screenshots? Add some screenshots!

Also, sometime it's easier to get traction with a blog post about an interesting problem you solved to add a feature. For example:

Changed Satellites plugin: improve guessing GALILEO satellites

It looks like a strange fuzzy problem that has many corner cases and you must get a good heuristic to solve it. So I think it's a promising topic for an interesting blog post.

I dont understand what you mean. You may be confusing with other user. Nevermind.

For example https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=30820367 Are you the author of Stellarium or just a user?

If this is a reference to the Perl submissions I would guess it has to do with the link submitted being the APEX domain rather than a link to the article itself. I am just guessing though. It would be best to email the moderators to know for certain. hn at ycombinator.com

Yes, it was about the Perl Data Language. I see, thank you.
