Ask PG: Why does the apply late form doesn't show for me?

Hi PG: I applied an incomplet form the day of the deadline and was waiting for the late apply to completed since we were getting things together that week. Right now we have everything to finalize the form and I try to follow the late apply form and it says it's no longer editable.

Is this an issue or we should apply again thru the account of another of the founders?
