UserIQ is Shutting Down May 10th

Received the following email today. My employer utilizes UserIQ in some of our websites and no one I've spoken to had any idea this was coming. That said, checking their website they haven't had a release since November 2019 and their blog is offline. Their website makes no mention of the shutdown.

    Please see attached notice from UserIQ.

    We regret to inform you that UserIQ (the "Company") is discontinuing
    its operations and closing its business. There are no employees or
    agents of the Company remaining to deal with any Company business or
    creditors. The Company has fully shut down and will be unable to
    further address any matters with you. The Company's application will
    continue to be available to customers for a short amount of time. All
    customer data will be deleted on May 10th. We recommend you remove the
    UserIQ tracking code from your website as soon as possible.

Heard from someone who used to work there in sales. This is correct. There are no longer a business and is all getting shut down. Something about a botched acquisition sealed the deal and they were no longer able to float the business.
