Ask HN: Have Cloud Provider outages caused your business tangible harm?

I feel as though cloud provider "outages" are often sensationalized, and that most production (customer) infrastructure mostly remains unharmed.

In my experience, I've never actually had service degradation due to cloud provider issues.
