Ask HN: Who does omni-platform code sharing?

At my IoT company we share domain specific code between iOS, Android, Web, and the device itself. We use TypeScript as the basis for transpiling. Frameworks are React, React Native, QT QML (Javascript support). I was wondering if anyone else does this sort of thing? What tools do you use? Anyone do it with UI code?
