In that specific line of consumer CPUs, not in general. SGX was re-cast as a server value-added tech some time ago. Windows unfortunately never really properly supported it. With Linux Intel could add the support itself, so SGX becoming a server tech was a rather forced move - a side effect of Intel's dependence on Microsoft's priorities to get new features added.
