I personally find this font to be terrible because of how distracting it is (maybe that’s my ADHD talking). My favorite font is Heinemann Special [1] because it makes every letter unique; but it is expensive, and my favorite free alternative is Atkinson Hyperlegible [2].

Interestingly there is a version of this font for programming (OpenDyslexic Mono) for some reason I find it harder to read in that context. This font honestly works the best on my Kindle, where I'm reading large chunks of text. On the screen it never quite looks right.
